Our organic whole wheat pasta is the purest expression of the connection between land and health. We exclusively use 100% Italian organic durum wheat semolina from certified organic farming, preserving all parts of the grain, fibers, and essential nutrients. The dough, made with spring water from Majella and bronze-drawn, gives a rough texture and an authentic wheat flavor.
